- The Versa Buffet Camchiller is designed to fit the following Cambro Versa Food Bar™ and Versa Work Table models:
- VBR5, VBRL5, VBRHD5, VBRLHD5, VBR6, VBRL6, VBRHD6, VBRLHD6, VBRT5, VBRTL5, VBRTHD5, VBRTLHD5, VBRT6, VBRTL6, VBRTHD6, VBRTLHD6.
- Place the Buffet Camchiller in the freezer making sure it lies flat.
- Leave the Buffet Camchiller in the freezer for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- After 8 hours, remove from freezer and place the Buffet Camchiller into the Versa Food Bar™ or Versa Work Table.
- The Buffet Camchiller is dual-sided and can accommodate one full-size 4" pan on one side or one full-size 2½" (6 cm) pan on the other side.
- When used with the 6 foot Versa Food Bar / Versa Work Table, 5 Buffet Camchillers can fit inside the Versa Food Bar / Versa Work Table. The 5 foot version of the Versa Food Bar / Versa Work Table accommodates 4 Buffet Camchillers.
- Freezing and Stacking
- The Buffet Camchillers are designed to stack together for space savings.

- The Versa Buffet Camchiller® is dishwasher safe. Please allow the unit to acclimate to ambient room temperature before placing in dishwasher.
