Popcorn Machines
Popcorn is a staple for concession stands and convenience stores and offers a really good profit margin. The kettle in countertop popcorn machines range 4 to 20 ounces. The kettle joins the corn, oil and heat join to make the kernel explode or pop. Popcorn poppers may support varying features such as updraft filtering to provide an exit for steam that is released during the popping cycle, auto oil fill so you dont have to add oil with every batch, or heated decks to keep popped corn warm. While not always true, a general rule of thumb is that the higher the wattage, the more quickly the pressure from expanding steam will build up in the kernel for a faster pop time.
